Melichrysos family follows nomadic bee keeping, carefully choosing the best thyme areas on the island, with the aim to harvest honey with high concentrations of thyme pollen year on year. Such a fine produce with its well-balanced sweetness is also known for its antioxidant properties

Through a unique process, honey is mixed with royal jelly creating a product of high nutritional value
