Pollen is the main nourishment of bees. Its composition includes 22% protein, 31% carbohydrates, 5% fat, 11% water and 3% minerals. Furthermore, it contains high quantities of amino acids, vitamins and trace elements. Just one tablespoon is enough to meet the daily needs of the average person.

Thanks to the wide variety of vitamins and trace elements that are contained, it is considered as a natural multivitamin, with a vast variety of beneficial effects on:
